Dear Parents,

     I'd like to take the opportunity to welcome all of our new families to EACN and for those of you returning to the program welcome back! I hope all had a safe and enjoyable summer filled with fun and family time.

     As an important reminder, please be sure that we have updated information on your emergency "blue card." We need to know where we can reach you at all times that your children are in our care. Please review our emergency procedures and let us know if we can answer any questions. Your child's safety is our first priority!

     Please bear with us as the children are adjusting to the program. We find that after a few weeks, all of the children feel settled, as do the parents and teachers!

     At the end of the day it is important to remember to sign your child out at the front desk. We encourage you to do this on the way to the classroom so you do not have to juggle back-packs, children, toys and notes from the teacher. If you are not too rushed at the end of the day, you can have your child show you around the classroom and ask them to point out one or two things they did during the day. This will give you an opportunity to get a glimpse of what your child has been up to all day long.

     EACN has an open-door policy, my door is always open as well. If at any point you would like to speak with me, plese do so! You can also call to check in on your child at any time. We look forward to a great year!
